基于Git+Jenkins搭建CI/CD自动化测试流水线，落地Web常态化回归自动化，减少重复手工测试，推进测试流程标准化。\n4. 主导Web版本全周期质量管控，跟进敏捷迭代节奏，制定测试计划、把控测试进度，识别页面渲染、接口响应、设备数据同步、环境部署等质量/进度风险并提前预警，保障版本高质量按时上线。\n5. 精准定位Web前端、后端、数据库、机器人设备联动、部署环境类缺陷，协同研发复盘根因，沉淀缺陷库与测试规范，持续优化Web侧测试方法与用例体系。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化相关专业，3年及以上Web软件测试全职经验，有工业后台、物联网/机器人Web控制台测试经验优先。\n2. 扎实代码读写能力，熟练使用Python，可独立开发Web UI/接口自动化脚本，能读懂前后端基础代码，从代码层面定位底层BUG，高效对接前后端研发排障。\n3. 熟练使用Postman、JMeter开展接口/性能测试; 掌握Chrome调试工具、浏览器多兼容测试; 熟悉Git、Jenkins、CI/CD流程，有Web自动化项目落地实战经验。\n4. 熟悉前后端基础技术（Vue/React、MySQL、HTTP接口），具备极强逻辑排查能力，可独立复现、定位页面交互、数据同步、设备联动类复杂问题，擅长复盘沉淀测试经验。\n5. 熟悉互联网敏捷迭代流程，适配快速迭代节奏; 具备良好沟通推进能力，能同步产品、研发、机器人硬件团队协同完成测试交付。\n加分项：\n1. 有机器人、IoT设备、工业可视化Web后台测试经验;
