You will work hand in hand with growers, agronomists, distributors and the R&D&I team.\nLocation\nSpain (based mainly along the Levante coast and southern regions), with national travel and occasional international travel (Europe).\nResponsibilities\nDesign, plan and carry out the annual program of field trials and tests.\nSelect partners and coordinate product logistics.\nAnalyze results and turn them into clear, actionable conclusions.\nPrepare technical reports.\nIdentify the needs of the Spanish market.\nWork with R&D on the adaptation and validation of formulations, and contribute to technical positioning.\nProvide agronomic data for registration and organic certification dossiers, in coordination with the regulatory team.\nCollaborate with technology and research centers on the scale-up of new products, providing agronomic validation in the field.\nProvide technical support to the sales team and act as Nitricity’s technical reference in the field: present and defend trial results to growers, farm managers and agronomists.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Master’s in Agronomy or equivalent.\nExperience managing high-value crops such as vegetables (greenhouse and open field), leafy greens, citrus, stone fruit, subtropical fruit, olives and berries.\nAt least 5 years of experience in field trials and/or development of fertilizers or biostimulants.\nStrong background in plant nutrition and biostimulation.\nExperience in designing agronomic trials and analyzing their data.\nExperience working directly with growers, cooperatives, distributors and technology centers.\nMinimum B2 level of English (mandatory); you must be able to hold a fluent conversation in English.\nValid category B (car) driving license, as the role involves frequent travel to farms.\nNice to Have\nExperience in R&D&I projects with technology centers.\nGeneral knowledge of the regulatory framework for fertilizers and organic farming.\nExperience in fertilizer registration or organic certification.\nExperience in the industrial scale-up of fertilizers, biostimulants or other agricultural inputs.\nExperience preparing or managing publicly funded projects (CDTI, Horizon Europe, regional programs).\nKnowledge of the agricultural sector in the Levante region and Andalusia.\nKnowledge of precision agriculture, sensors or remote sensing.\nExperience in international environments.\nSkills\nTechnical rigor, analytical mindset, results orientation, planning, customer focus, clear technical communication, project
