You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. \nKey Responsibilities \nLead, mentor, and inspire teamsof C++ and C#application engineers, taking accountability for delivery across your teams. \nActively foster a high bar for engineering excellence with a culture ofcontinuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. \nEncourage and enable a customer-centric mindset within the team, working closely with our product and partnerteams to develop solutions that exceed our customer expectations. \nSupport professional growth through regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. \nPartner with senior engineers in your area to drive technical initiatives that raise the bar for our engineering practices. \nLead communication with stakeholders from other teams, creating focusedspace for engineers to do their best work. \nCollaborate with the wider engineering organisation to contribute to and improve company-wide best managerial and technical practices and standards. \nChampion and implement modernAI-assisted development practices and agentic workflows to maximize team efficiency and transparency, using metrics to identifyprocess improvements and make data driven decisions. \nAlign engineering efforts with business goals, product vision, and technical strategy. \nProactively identifyrisks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. \nRequired Skills and Qualifications \n3-5+ years as an Engineering Manager in a software development environment with direct experience leading cross functional teams. \nStrong understanding of application development and release management. \nExperience with Windows or Desktop development is a plus. \nTrack recordof shipping user focused applications and products. \nHands-on experience with modern development practices such as Agentic Workflows, CI/CD, unit testing, and version control (Git). \nProven experience leading teams using Agile and/or Scrummethodologies. \nAbility to quickly build trust, motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. \nStrong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. \nAbility to work with a diverse set of teams and individuals with various working styles to drive clarity, make decisions and simply get things done. \nExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and CXteams. \nHow We Work: \nWe aim to create an environment where talented individuals are empowered to excel.
