This role will also require strong competencies in performing detailed data gathering on partner's performance in terms of payment processing and analyzing the gathered data.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManaging the day-to-day operational issues and challenges on payment processing with Network Partners and plan/execute various improvements & enhancements on Tech, Product, Business and Network Relationship fronts.\nTimely escalations & complete closure of BAU tickets assigned. Analyze and devise root-level fixes, arrangements to avoid escalations.\nAnalyze patterns, trends on payment processing and share regular insights.\nAnalyze existing engagement areas with Partners and uncover potential to work on existing and new areas with Partners. Provide on the ground insights on payment experience, issue resolution & customer centricity of each Partner, to help Network Head take informed and calibrated decisions on managing flows & business with Partners, within or across corridors·\nDevelop strong understanding of the current process, including both Partner banks and management experience.\nEngage with internal /external stakeholders suitably, evaluate alternatives to drive improvements in the speed and efficiency of payments, leveraging best practices, automation to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.\nSeeking Regular updates from partner bank on new features or enhancements and monitoring critical incidents reported if any.\nPlan and organize Service meetings with Partner banks at periodic intervals.\nEngage in other special projects, as needed.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree with 6-9 years of experiences in the Finance/Banking industry.\nGood knowledge of the payments industry and prior experience in Fintech companies will be added advantage.\nBroad Payments product knowledge (SWIFT, ACH, payment gateways, Instant transfer, APIs, SFTP)\nStrategic mindset and a desire to dive in and solve business challenges as well technical challenges.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytics - able to investigate, understand and solve day to day issues.
