This is a hands-on creative role covering everything from campaign concepts and social content to brand assets, presentations, video, animation, and motion graphics.\nYou'll bring a strong visual point of view and an eye for typography and composition, and you'll take ideas from concept through execution. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to produce work that is distinctive, clear, and memorable.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop visual concepts and creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, events, web, and digital experiences.\n\nCreate motion graphics, animations, transitions, and short-form video content.\n\nBring static brand concepts to life through motion and storytelling.\n\nDesign social content, digital ads, presentations, illustrations, infographics, and other brand materials.\n\nTranslate creative concepts into polished visual executions across multiple formats and platforms.\n\nHelp evolve and maintain a consistent visual identity across the brand.\n\nCollaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to turn ideas and briefs into compelling creative.\n\nManage multiple projects and deadlines quickly and confidently.\n\nExperiment with new visual styles, formats, tools, and emerging creative technologies.\n\nContribute ideas, not just executions, to campaigns and creative concepts.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, motion design, or a related creative role.\n\nA strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and motion work.\n\nStrong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.\n\nExperience creating motion graphics and animation for digital and social platforms.\n\nProficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.\n\nAbility to take a project from initial concept through final production.\n\nStrong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger creative idea.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a fast-moving team.\n\nCuriosity about technology, AI, culture, and emerging creative trends.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience working with technology, SaaS, fintech, AI, or startup brands.\n\nExperience creating short-form video for social media.\n\n3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).\n\nIllustration or strong visual storytelling skills.\n\nExperience with generative AI and emerging creative
