As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps sprints, releases, and cross-functional initiatives on track, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we scale.\nYou'll work at the center of how work gets planned, tracked, and communicated, giving you visibility into every product area while building a strong foundation in project and program management within a high-growth fintech environment.\nAbout the Job\nWe're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery across Niural's Product & Engineering organization. You'll work closely with the Engineering team to keep sprints, releases, and cross-functional initiatives on track, owning the operational rhythm of how work is planned, tracked, and communicated across a distributed team. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on structure and is comfortable juggling multiple product areas at once.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and update project trackers, sprint boards, and task hierarchies in ClickUp across multiple product lines.\n\nSupport sprint planning by translating PRDs, Figma links, and Slack discussions into structured tasks and subtasks.\n\nTrack release timelines against estimated vs. actual dates, flag delays, and help document root causes.\n\nCoordinate daily/weekly status updates across engineering teams in the US and Nepal, accounting for timezone overlap.\n\nPrepare status reports, milestone summaries, and release notes for stakeholders.\n\nSchedule and help run standups, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team syncs, including calendar management, agenda prep, and notes.\n\nMonitor task hygiene dependencies, blockers, overdue items, missing owners and proactively flag risks to the PM.\n\nAssist with maintaining documentation (release notes, delay logs, org/process docs) in ClickUp and Google Drive.\n\nSupport ad hoc reporting and data pulls for retrospectives.\n\nRequirements\n1+ year of experience in a project coordination, project management, or similar operational support role.\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across distributed, cross-timezone teams.\n\nComfortable working with tools like ClickUp (or equivalent PM tools), Figma, Slack, and Google Drive.\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and task hygiene.\n\nAbility to manage multiple product areas and priorities simultaneously.\n\nProactive mindset able to identify risks and blockers before they escalate.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive salary
