You’ll drive design system evolution, performance strategy, and frontend infrastructure decisions.\nBeyond coding, you’ll mentor engineers, influence product direction through UX insight, and shape the long-term frontend roadmap supporting a globally scaled financial platform.\nResponsibilities\nLead architecture and technical direction of frontend systems.\n\nDesign and scale a robust, accessible, and high-performance component ecosystem.\n\nDefine and enforce frontend engineering standards and best practices.\n\nArchitect frontend systems for global-scale usage and high reliability.\n\nLead complex, cross-domain frontend initiatives.\n\nDrive frontend performance strategy (performance budgets, monitoring, runtime metrics).\n\nEstablish and maintain scalable design system governance.\n\nLead accessibility compliance efforts.\n\nOwn frontend infrastructure (build tooling, testing frameworks, CI/CD optimization).\n\nGuide API design discussions to ensure optimal frontend performance and developer experience.\n\nMentor and develop frontend engineers across levels.\n\nInfluence product strategy through UX and technical insight.\n\nLead frontend hiring and technical evaluations.\n\nProactively anticipate scalability and maintainability risks.\n\nFoster a culture of ownership, initiative, and engineering excellence.\n\nRequirements\n6+ years of frontend development experience in large-scale applications.\n\nExpert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.\n\nDeep understanding of component architecture, state management, and rendering internals.\n\nProven experience building and scaling design systems.\n\nAdvanced performance optimization expertise (bundle analysis, profiling, memory considerations).\n\nStrong experience with accessibility standards and global usability considerations.\n\nExperience leading frontend teams or major initiatives.\n\nStrong understanding of frontend build tooling and infrastructure.\n\nDemonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced product environments.\n\nStrong product and UX intuition.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.\n\nAbility to
