This role offers the opportunity to grow technical depth while contributing to production systems that operate at scale.\nAbout the Job\nYou’ll design and own end-to-end frontend features, contributing to the scalability, performance, and consistency of our platform. You’ll extend our design system, optimize rendering performance, and help shape API contracts to improve user experience.\nYou’ll lead small initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and proactively improve frontend architecture. This role is for engineers who combine strong technical execution with product awareness and an ownership mindset.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and implement end-to-end frontend features with strong focus on scalability and usability.\n\nContribute to the evolution of the design system and shared component libraries.\n\nArchitect reusable components and enforce consistency across applications.\n\nOptimize rendering performance, bundle size, and runtime efficiency.\n\nImplement and maintain comprehensive frontend test coverage.\n\nLead small frontend initiatives or feature pods.\n\nPartner with backend engineers to influence API design for optimal UX.\n\nCollaborate closely with product and design to shape user flows.\n\nProactively identify UX, performance, and technical debt issues.\n\nOwn frontend build configuration and CI/CD processes where applicable.\n\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of professional frontend experience.\n\nStrong expertise in React and TypeScript.\n\nExperience building scalable component systems.\n\nStrong understanding of:\nState management patterns\n\nRendering lifecycle and optimization\n\nCode splitting and lazy loading\n\nExperience with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Storybook, or similar ecosystems.\n\nSolid knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.\n\nExperience with Jest, Cypress, or equivalent testing tools.\n\nExperience owning frontend features in production.\n\nStrong product mindset with focus on user experience.\n\nDemonstrated
