We are hiring an experienced CRM Platform Support Engineer / Lead to manage the day-to-day operations, support, and continuous enhancement of an enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform within a leading Healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, support, and incident management for Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Manage platform configurations, releases, upgrades, and change requests.
  • Ensure CRM performance, data integrity, security, and platform availability.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, documentation, and user training.
  • Mentor support engineers and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Apps Portals). NET/C#, Plugins, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Web Apps, and Web Services.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server (Oracle/NoSQL is a plus).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise CRM support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
