We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support wellness clinics / residential and commercial properties in and around Jacksonville, Florida.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for keeping facilities safe, functional, and well cared for, including:

• General maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, drywall, painting, fixtures)
• Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly
• Coordinating with external vendors when specialized work is required
• Supporting multiple clinic locations and commercial properties
• Maintaining clear maintenance records and communicating updates as needed
• Ensuring facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
