We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support wellness clinics / residential and commercial properties in and around Jacksonville, Florida.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for keeping facilities safe, functional, and well cared for, including:
- General maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, drywall, painting, fixtures)
- Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly
- Coordinating with external vendors when specialized work is required
- Supporting multiple clinic locations and commercial properties
- Maintaining clear maintenance records and communicating updates as needed
- Ensuring facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements

Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
