Doing\nAs a founding member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to our company's achievements and be instrumental in forming our team culture.\nYou will:\nCollaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to build and refine our product.\n\nEngage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.\n\nResearch and define product requirements to solve our customers’ needs.\n\nHelp set the culture of the company, promoting a collaborative, innovative and fun environment.\n\nPlay a crucial role in building great software from the ground up.\n\nYou're Probably a Match If You Have\nAt least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.\n\nFamiliarity with Python and/or JavaScript.\n\nExperience working with relational databases, such as MySQL or Postgres.\n\nExperience using LLMs and machine learning is preferred.\n\nA passion for going deep into complex problems and and building efficient solutions.\n\nA proactive attitude and the ability to
