partners」を展開しており、物流取引のデジタル化と業者間連携の円滑化を進めています。\n※直近M&Aを通じて運送会社をグループ化し、現場に即したプロダクト開発が可能となりました。\n私たちが取り組む社会課題\n物流業界には、電話・Fax・メールといったアナログな手段による「発注・依頼」がいまだに主流で、業務の非効率さがあらゆる現場に広がっています。\nさらに、多重下請け構造が常態化しており、とくに零細企業では高付加価値の仕事を受けるチャンスが少なく、平均営業利益率がほぼ0%という厳しい実態も存在しています。\n私たちは、こうした構造的な課題に対して、テクノロジーの力で透明性と効率性をもたらし、規模にかかわらず正当な価値が適切に評価される仕組みをつくろうとしています。\n業務内容\n・ミッション実現に向けたプロダクト戦略・ロードマップの立案と推進\n・プロダクトロードマップの策定や、具体的な施策や企画の検討、および仕様策定\n・ユーザー課題の発見と深掘り（定量分析・カスタマーヒアリング）\n・エンジニアや関連メンバーと連携した開発プロセスのリード\n・技術的な課題にも踏み込み、自らコードを書いてプロダクトを前に進める\n応募資格（必須）\n・新規プロダクトのリリース＆リリース後の継続的な改善を主導した経験\n・開発組織に留まらず各ステークホルダー（経営陣、セールス、CSなど）と協働しプロジェクトを推進した経験\n・課題抽出からの要求分解、PRDの作成経験\n・エンジニアリング経験3年以上\n・ユーザーにとってよりよい体験を作るための情熱\n応募資格（歓迎）\n・UI/UXデザイン経験\n・定量 /
