user-friendly web interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.\nOptimise UI for speed, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.\nCollaborate with UI/UX designers to improve customer journeys, reduce friction, and enhance overall user experience.\n\nBackend Engineering and API Development: \nDevelop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs for fintech features such as loan eligibility, onboarding flows, KYC, document management, and payment services.\nImplement microservices-based architecture using Java Spring Boot, ensuring modular, testable, and maintainable systems.\nDesign optimised database schemas and write efficient queries for both SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\nSystem Architecture and Scalability: \nParticipate in system design and architectural discussions to support scalability and high availability.\nContribute to architecture decisions involving microservices, event-driven systems, caching, API gateways, and database design.\nDesign systems capable of handling high traffic, large datasets, and financial workloads.\n\nSecurity and Compliance: \nImplement security best practices, including data encryption, JWT authentication, authorisation, and secure API communication.\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy standards, and secure handling of PII.\nCollaborate with teams to protect systems against security threats, vulnerabilities, and fraud attempts.\n\nThird-Party Integrations: \nIntegrate with external systems and APIs such as KYC/AML providers, payment gateways, loan management systems, and other fintech partners.\nBuild fault-tolerant integrations and manage asynchronous data processing where required.\n\nPerformance Optimisation and Monitoring: \nContinuously monitor and optimise application performance, API latency, database queries, and UI responsiveness.\nUse monitoring and logging tools like ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or similar.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement solutions to maintain high system reliability and uptime.\n\nDevOps and Deployment Collaboration: \nCollaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines.\nAutomate builds and deployments using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.\nSupport containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) initiatives.\nEnsure smooth deployments, rollback strategies, and minimal downtime.\n\nCode Quality and Best Practices: \nWrite clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.\nParticipate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nMaintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: \nWork closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and designers to align technical solutions with business goals.\nProvide technical inputs during product planning, estimations, and feasibility discussions.\nCommunicate progress and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nOwnership and Continuous Improvement: \nTake end-to-end ownership of features from design to deployment and post-production monitoring.\nProactively recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve scalability, security, and development speed.\nStay updated with the latest trends in fintech, full-stack development, and cybersecurity.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3 - 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or Backend / Frontend Engineering roles.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.\nProficiency in Angular and TypeScript for building modern, responsive web applications.\nExperience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.\nSolid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.\nPractical experience with authentication and authorisation mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth, and secure API design.\nFamiliarity with fintech or financial services systems, including payments, KYC/AML, lending platforms, or transaction processing.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nMandatory experience: Angular+Java.\n\nGood-to-Have: \nExperience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.\nExposure to event-driven or distributed systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. ).\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools
