Speed & Efficiency\nDrive the fastest possible inquiry-to-quote turnaround time (target: under 12 hours).\n\nStreamline internal workflows between CAD design, production, and sales teams.\n\nOptimise Made-To-Order (MTO) delivery time to an average of less than 3 weeks.\n\nIdentify process bottlenecks and implement automation or vendor process improvements to accelerate production cycles.\n\n2. Quality Control\nMaintain jewelry return rates below 1% annually through robust QC practices.\n\nCollaborate with factories to ensure adherence to quality specifications and standards.\n\nConduct regular quality reviews and feedback loops to prevent issues before they reach customers.\n\n3. Vendor & Partner Management\nCommunicate and work with manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality and timely production.\n\nKeep track of negotiated SLAs aligned with Nivoda’s delivery, pricing, and quality goals to ensure on-time delivery of our products\n\n4. Pricing & Cost Optimisation\nPartner with sourcing and procurement to secure best-in-market pricing while meeting margin targets.\n\nSupport initiatives to increase FARPU by building the right product mix - right SKUs, right price, right quality, right speed.\n\n5. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with the in-house design team (Corel, CAD) to improve speed and accuracy of jewelry renderings.\n\nWork closely with sales and customer success teams to align production timelines with customer expectations.\n\nConduct workshops with key customers to understand their jewelry sales processes and identify improvement opportunities.\n\n6. Data & Reporting\nLeverage data tools (e.g ThoughtSpot, Excel, BI dashboards) to track inquiry fulfillment, production speed, and returns.\n\nUse data insights to drive continuous improvement across operations.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years’ experience in jewelry manufacturing, supply chain management, or production operations (luxury or fashion experience preferred).\n\nStrong background in production planning, vendor management, and quality control.\n\nProven success improving speed, quality, and cost in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.\n\nData-oriented mindset with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or analytics platforms.\n\nStrong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nWhy Join Us\nAt Nivoda, you’ll be part of a team transforming one of the world’s legacy industries with technology and data.
