Solution Architect

Task

Active partnership with sales and project managers to estimate, design, develop and deliver solutionsContinuous communication with domain experts and product owners to understand core business needs and goals to synthesize requirement and quality standardsDesign and pitch proposed solution to the management, peers, team, advocate proposal during all stages of SDLCHands-on involvement into development process, team supervision, project trackingRequirements change managementSolutions and technology documentation managementLeading detailed project design activitiesPoC developmentTeam mentoring and talents developmentActive involvement in architecture community, sharing expertise with peers and taking part in establishing best practices across projects and technology departments

Expectation

At least 5 years hands-on experience in commercial software developmentAt least 2 years experience as a team or technical leaderUpper-intermediate English or betterStrong expertise in cloud engineering and at least one modern programming ecosystem (e.g., .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Python)Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (MS Azure, AWS, GCP)Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), architecture design patterns and industry best practicesComfortable with direct communication with clientsOpen and flexible mindStrong analytical skills and critical thinking
