Apply today!\nNiyam is seeking an IBM Maximo Trainerto develop and deliver training programs for maintenance, asset management, inventory, procurement, and work management processes within IBM Maximo environments. Skilled in conducting instructor-led and virtual training sessions, creating user guides and training materials, and supporting system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Adept at translating complex technical concepts into practical, user-friendly instruction for employees at all levels. Strong knowledge of enterprise asset management (EAM) best practices, user adoption strategies, and change management initiatives.
