Apply today!\nNiyam is seeking an experienced Maximo Senior Solution Architectin support of our work with a federal client. The Maximo Senior Solution Architect serves as the technical authority for the design, architecture, integration, governance, and optimization of IBM Maximo Asset Management and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions. This role provides strategic leadership across enterprise asset management (EAM), system architecture, data architecture, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and application modernization initiatives.The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, project manager, infrastructure teams, and development resources to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Maximo solutions that support organizational objectives and digital transformation initiatives. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nLead the architecture, design, and implementation of IBM Maximo Asset Management (7.6.x) and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions across multiple environments and business units.\nDevelop enterprise-wide solution architectures that align business requirements with technology capabilities and industry best practices.\nDefine technical standards, design principles, governance frameworks, and implementation methodologies for Maximo-related initiatives.\nServe as the primary technical advisor for strategic Maximo modernization, migration, and transformation projects.\nEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies, architectural patterns, and platform enhancements to improve operational efficiency and system capabilities.\nDesign and maintain enterprise data models supporting asset management, maintenance, inventory, procurement, and operational business processes.\nEstablish data governance standards, master data management practices, and data quality frameworks across Maximo and integrated enterprise systems.\nLead complex data migration, conversion, cleansing, and validation initiatives for system implementations and upgrades.\nDevelop strategies for data lifecycle management, retention, auditing, and regulatory compliance.\nArchitect highly available, scalable, and secure Maximo environments supporting enterprise workloads.\nLead integration strategy and implementation efforts between Maximo, financial systems, and other enterprise systems.\nDevelop and maintain technical roadmaps supporting future growth, scalability, modernization, and digital transformation objectives.\nEnsure compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to administrator, developers, configurators, analysts, and support personnel.\nLead architecture reviews, technical design workshops, and solution governance activities.\nDevelop and maintain enterprise architecture documentation, system diagrams, standards, and technical roadmaps.\nSupport project planning, resource estimation, and technical decision-making processes.\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nUS Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience supporting IBM Maximo Asset Management and/or Maximo Application Suite implementations.\n5+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, data architecture, or systems engineering roles.\nExtensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale EAM solutions.\nDemonstrated expertise in Maximo architecture, configuration, integrations, security, performance optimization, and system administration.\nStrong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), CMMS, maintenance, inventory, procurement, and asset lifecycle management processes.\nExperience leading large-scale system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.\nAdvanced knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and enterprise data management practices.\nExceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills\nPrior experience working on federal contracts.\nIBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Application Suite.\nIBM Certified Administrator - Maximo Manage.\nExpertise in Red Hat OpenShift and cloud-native architectures.\nExperience with IBM WebSphere, Linux, and enterprise middleware platforms.\nKnowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.\nExperience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence, or other tools.\nApplication Deadline:This will be posted for a minimum of 2 business days or until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.
