Managing the repairs with service providers, LECs, field technicians, internal and external resources. \nServes as an escalation point for junior technicians in troubleshooting service-impacting issues. Ability to utilize network monitoring systems to identify issues and services validation.\nProvides supervision, direction, team building, coaching of NOC team members.\nPlans, organizes, and directs the Network Operations team to ensure the stable operation of NJT network infrastructure as per standard operating procedures.\nManages activities to resolve hardware problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
