Provide escalated support for network related incidents.\n\n Configuration Management: Maintain accurate network documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration backups.\n\n Security & Compliance: Ensure network hardware is patched, up to date, and configured according to industry's best practices and internal security policies.\nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:\nQualifications & Requirements\n\n Experience: 4+ years of relevant, hands on work experienceinconfiguring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CISCO switches and routing hardware.\n\n Meraki Expertise: Proven track record of successful implementations with Meraki switches, including physical installation, cloud provisioning, and dashboardconfiguration.\n\n Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, VPN, IPsec) and OSI layers.\n\n Work Ethic: Highly driven self starter capable of managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and working entirely independently when necessary.\n\n Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CCNP, or CMNA (Cisco Meraki Network Associate).\n\n Problem Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network anomalies under pressure.\n\nTravel & Work Style\n\n Base office in Kuala Lumpur, with remote collaboration with stakeholders located at other client sites/offices.\n\n Flexibility for after hours or weekend cutovers, testing and critical activities during implementation and migration windows.\n\n Hands on, delivery oriented working style with strong documentation and stakeholder communication.\n\n Quality and security focus ensures infrastructure is compliant, resilient and operationally supportable.\n\n Continuous improvement mindset captures lessons learned and improves delivery over time.\nSkills:\nAnalytical Thinking\nCisco\nNetwork\nRouting CISCO\nTeamPlayer\nWhat you can expect from us:\nTogether, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.\n\nLife at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging.
