data-driven decision-making across commodity trading operations.\nThe role involves developing dashboards, analyzing trading performance, monitoring market and risk metrics, and partnering with traders, risk managers, operations teams, and senior management.\nYour responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintainBI dashboards and reporting solutions covering trading activities, risk management, P&L performance, and operational metrics.\n\nDevelop and enhance reports such as monthly P&L, mark-to-market valuations, trade lifecycle metrics, inventory management, logistics performance, and risk exposures and limits.\n\nIntegrate and consolidate data from trading platforms, market data providers, ERP systems, and data warehouses to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.\n\nDesign and maintain data models andETL processes to support scalable analytics and efficient data delivery.\n\nAutomate manual reporting activities, streamline workflows, and continuouslyimprove data quality and reporting accuracy.\n\nMonitor key market indicators, identify relevant trends, and assess their potential impact on trading performance and business results.\n\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into analytical solutions, reports, and meaningful data visualizations.\n\nYour profile\nProven experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, and reporting, including dashboard development and data visualization.\n\nStrong expertise in KPI design, performance analysis, andtranslating complex data into actionable business insights.\n\nSolid knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data quality management.\n\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in relational database environments.\n\nProficiency inMicrosoft Fabric and BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience withPython and/or Spark for data analysis, automation, and reporting.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based data and analytics platforms, preferablyAzure and/or AWS.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with traders, risk managers, operations teams, and other business stakeholders in a
