Over the years, the successful business had been increasingly growing together with NKG’s global group structure and finally became “NKG India Coffee” in 2014 - a 100% company of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe and NKG’s main and single green coffee exporter in India.\nWe are certified as a Great Place to Work®, highlighting our strong culture of trust, collaboration, and respect.Discover herewhat our employees like best about our workplace.\nCompany\nNKG India\nDescription\nCoffee Quality Coordinator\n- Roasting, Cupping & Customer Samples\nDepartment / Area\nQuality\nReports to\nQuality Head, NKG India\nDotted Line to\n-\nSpecial authorizations\n-\nLocation\nHassan, India\nTravelling activity\nNA\nYour responsibilities\nRoasting & Cupping\nPerform daily sample roasting as per defined roasting profiles.\nConduct cupping sessions for internal evaluation, procurement support, and customer requirements.\nRecord cupping scores, sensory notes, and quality observations with consistency.\nMaintain cupping lab cleanliness, setup, and calibration of equipment.\nSupport Quality Head in quality protocols and tasting panel coordination. \nCustomer Sample Preparation & Dispatch\nPrepare green coffee and roasted coffee samples as per customer specifications.\nEnsure accuracy in labelling, traceability, and documentation for every sample sent.\nCoordinate with logistics/admin team to ensure timely dispatch of samples to domestic and international customers.\nQuality Monitoring & Documentation\nAssist in quality evaluation of incoming lots.\nTrack quality deviations and escalate concerns to the Quality Head.\nUpdate daily roasting logs, cupping forms, and quality-check records.\nSupport digital/ERP-based quality documentation where applicable.\nOperational Support\nAssist in quality projects including process improvements, standardization, and customer-driven requests.\nMaintain safe handling of equipment and follow quality and safety guidelines.\n Your profile\nGraduate in PGDCQM/Food Technology / Agriculture / Coffee Technology / Science OR relevant experience in coffee quality.\n1-3 years of experience in roasting, cupping, or quality operations (coffee industry preferred).\nStrong sensory skills and basic understanding of green coffee attributes.\nKnowledge of cupping protocols (SCA or company standards).\nProficient in maintaining records, sample handling, and equipment operation.\nPersonal Skills\nAttention to detail and strong sensory discipline.\nTeam player with good communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh integrity and professionalism.\nProactive mindset and willingness to learn\nOur staff appreciates\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\nAn inspiring and collaborative work culture.\nOpportunities for professional development and advancement.\nThe chance to work on cutting-edge projects and make a real impact\nHave we sparked your interest?\nWe are pleased to receive your application documents.\nHow to Apply:\nReady to take your career to the next level with Neumann Kaffee Group?
