Do you want to be part of a collaborative global environment?\nCoordinate commercial reviews across global teams\nAs a Commercial Excellence Coordinator, you will support the tender approval and project review processes across Grid Solutions. The role focuses on planning, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, meeting administration, workflow support, and process development. You will work closely with commercial teams, project execution teams, finance, and leadership stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, distributed on time, and properly documented. Your contribution will help maintain governance standards, improve decision-making, and ensure consistency across regions and hubs.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nCoordinate tender approval meetings, agendas, participants, and documentation according to approval requirements\nManage document quality reviews, distribution, archiving, and approval records\nPrepare and distribute decisions, actions, and meeting minutes within agreed timelines\nCoordinate project review meetings based on project risk categorisation and governance requirements\nMaintain workflow automation tools and support continuous process improvements\nThis position reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence and collaborates with global Grid Solutions stakeholders across commercial, project execution, installation management, finance, and leadership teams. Location: NKT office location to be confirmed. Limited travel may be required.\nOrganised coordinator with effective stakeholder collaboration\nThe ideal person enjoys bringing structure to complex activities, managing competing priorities, and working with colleagues across different locations and functions. They communicate clearly, build trusted working relationships, and maintain attention to detail even when handling multiple deadlines.
