The role combines detailed design activities with close collaboration across product development, customer projects, manufacturing, testing, installation and service.\nWorking on both new and existing products, you will play an important role in supporting customer delivery projects while safeguarding product integrity and long-term performance.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nDesign, develop and maintain cable accessory components and assemblies.\nCreate and update 3D models, drawings, specifications, bills of materials and engineering documentation.\nSupport manufacturing, installation and service teams with technical guidance and problem solving\nInvestigate technical issues, perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.\nThe position is based in Karlskrona and you will report to Sr Manager Accessories Engineering.\nOrganized engineer with a solution-focused mindset\nWe are looking for an engineer with a structured and practical approach to technical problem-solving. You are comfortable taking responsibility for your assignments and working with others to find solutions.\nThe role requires good analytical skills and the ability to consider technical performance, quality, manufacturability, cost and long-term reliability.
