Could this be the next step in your career?\nEnsure accurate documentation throughout project lifecycles\nAs a Document Controller, you will manage, track, and organise project documentation in line with company standards and client requirements. You will help ensure that documents are accurate, up to date, and readily available to relevant stakeholders. Working closely with project teams and external partners, you will support efficient document handling, compliance, and project delivery through structured document control processes.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nMaintain and manage electronic document management systems such as M-files, ThinkProject!, Aconex, SharePoint and Procore. \nRegister, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents. \nEnsure document formatting, version control, and naming conventions are followed. \nCoordinate document submissions and approvals with internal and external stakeholders. \nPrepare document status reports and support audits and project reviews. \nCreate and maintain document registers including all relevant document properties\nThis position is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, with a hybrid working arrangement. You will be part of the Document Control department and work closely with project teams and stakeholders across the organisation.\nDetail-focused individual with solid organization skills\nYou are a structured and consistent person who enjoys maintaining order in complex environments. You pay close attention to detail, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and manage priorities effectively. You value accuracy and consistency while supporting colleagues in maintaining efficient document workflows.
