This position combines strategic quality development work with practical direct operational support, helping ensure consistent practices, effective governance, and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to improve quality performance, lower quality risks, advance digitalization, and establish lasting improvements that support long-term business outcomes and customer satisfaction.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nSupport and manage the implementation of NKT’s global quality strategy across Business Lines and production sites.\nAct as Global Process Owner for assigned quality processes and ensure process documentation, governance and continuous improvement are effectively maintained.\nFacilitate process governance forums and enhance stakeholder alignment on quality process improvements and requirements.\nMonitor quality performance, quality risks, and trends across operations and coordinate improvement actions together with relevant stakeholders.\nCoordinate and facilitate structured Root Cause Analysis and corrective action activities for significant or recurring quality issues.\nSupport and conduct internal compliance, process and implementation-effectiveness audits.\nManage and execute process digitalization and system-enabled improvements, including SAP QM and related quality solutions.\nCoach, train and support local teams in quality methodologies, continuous improvement and quality awareness.\nSupport the implementation and application of quality tools and methodologies including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP and APQP4Wind.\nThe position reports to the Group Quality Manager. The role can be based in Sweden, the Czech Republic or Poland and requires approximately 70% travel between NKT production sites.\nCollaborative quality professional for international manufacturing committed to improvement\nYou enjoy working with people across functions and cultures and bring a structured, fact-based approach to your work. You are comfortable working both strategically and practically, including regular presence on production sites. A collaborative mindset, integrity, accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement are important for this position.\nYou also have:\nBSc or MSc in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or equivalent education\nSeveral years of experience within quality, process improvement, manufacturing or quality engineering roles\nExperience working with Engineering, R&D and manufacturing processes, in a complex or international organization.\nExperience facilitating Root Cause Analysis methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5-Why\nExperience with DFMEA, PFMEA and a good understanding of risk-based quality management\nExperience with APQP, PPAP and APQP4Wind methodologies.\nKnowledge of SAP QM, ERP, QMS, PLM or similar digital systems.\nSolid methodological and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use quality data and facts to support decisions.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nHelp shape quality standards for a greener future\nWe aim to create a workplace where people of all backgrounds are valued, supported, and able to do their best work.
