You will work with HR administration, employee data, reporting and HR systems while supporting managers, employees and HR colleagues.\nIn addition to supporting day-to-day HR operations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to HR transformation initiatives and projects, including continuous development of HRIS/HCM platforms and other digital HR solutions.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManage HR administration, including hires, changes and exits\nPrepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation\nSupport onboarding and offboarding activities\nMaintain employee data and ensure data quality across HR systems\nContribute to HR systems, process improvement, digitalization, training and user support initiatives\nYou will be part of the HR Operations team and collaborate closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, managers and IT colleagues.
