You will analyse tender requirements, perform advanced calculations, and support the Lead Engineer in delivering high-quality technical proposals. Your work will directly benefit the tenders and projects, aligning with NKT’s commitment to engineering excellence and sustainability.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nAnalyse tender requirements and design cable systems\nPerform thermal, electrical, and mechanical calculations\nCompile and present technical documentation to clients\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across departments\nEnsure compliance with internal and international standards\nYou will be part of the Engineering team under the UET department, reporting to the Engineering Manager - Tenders and Projects. This position is based in Chennai, with occasional collaboration across global teams.\nStructured and collaborative engineer with precision\nWe are looking for a structured and methodical individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You are results-oriented, detail-focused, and take full ownership of your work.
