Do you want to help ensure quality performance for infrastructure projects shaping a greener future?\nMonitor manufacturing quality and process performance\nAs NKT’s resident technical representative at a strategic supplier facility, you will oversee manufacturing activities, verify compliance with specifications, and support quality assurance processes. You will work closely with supplier and NKT teams to ensure products are manufactured according to approved processes, quality plans, and customer requirements while supporting efficient production and delivery performance.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nMonitor daily cable manufacturing activities and critical production processes\nVerify machine settings, process parameters, and work instructions\nEnsure compliance with NKT specifications, quality plans, and industry standards\nInvestigate quality deviations and support corrective actions using structured methodologies\nSupport Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement activities while monitoring manufacturing KPIs\nThis is a resident position based at a supplier manufacturing facility inSatna, Madhya Pradesh, India. You will report to the relevant NKT function and collaborate closely with supplier and cross-functional teams. Limited travel is required.\nQuality-minded engineer with collaborative approach\nYou are a detail-oriented and motivated professional who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and maintaining high quality standards. You are comfortable managing your own tasks while building productive relationships across teams and cultures.
