You will act as the entry point for infrastructure demands, ensuring requests are properly assessed, documented and coordinated with the relevant teams. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder communication and governance support, helping to ensure that smaller and medium-sized initiatives are delivered consistently and according to agreed priorities. You will work across Network, Cloud, Endpoint, Onsite and ITSM teams while supporting project managers and contributing to effective project execution.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nCoordinate small infrastructure projects, improvements and demand requests. \nMaintain project plans, timelines, action trackers and status reporting. \nFacilitate meetings and coordinate activities across multiple IT teams. \nMonitor risks, dependencies, issues and project milestones.\nSupport governance processes and ensure smooth transition of solutions into operations. \nThe position is based in Kaunas and reports to Ingrida Jokubaite, Security Operation Manager, Group IT.\nStructured collaborator with a results-oriented mindset\nWe are looking for a self-directed and organised person who enjoys coordinating activities across different teams and stakeholders. You are comfortable working in an international environment, communicate clearly and base decisions on facts and information.
