Would you like to combine project coordination, commercial awareness and close customer collaboration in an expanding offshore environment?\nCoordinate safe, timely offshore project execution\nYou will manage assigned projects and service agreements, ensuring delivery according to agreed deadlines, quality, budget and HSE requirements, both internal and external.\nAs the main NKT representative during execution, you will coordinate internal specialists, suppliers and customers while maintaining clear documentation, financial follow-up and risk management.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nManage projects and service agreements from tender support through execution and follow-up.\nManage and coordinate planning, resources, documentation, interfaces and customer communication.\nPlan and prepare site work, including scope, material orders, schedules, methods and risk assessments.\nMonitor project finances, reporting, invoicing and commercial matters.\nCapture lessons learned and share relevant improvements with stakeholders.\nThe position is based in Malmö or Karlskrona and reports to the Head of Project Management. Travel to customer sites and NKT locations worldwide is required, sometimes at short notice.\nStructured project manager with customer and safety focus\nYou communicate clearly, organise work methodically and remain accountable when priorities change. You are comfortable coordinating several stakeholders and projects while keeping customer needs, safety and commercial considerations in view.\nA collaborative approach helps you work effectively across technical and business functions.\nYou also have:\nAt least three years of upper-secondary education.\nRelevant technical or business education, or equivalent experience in a relevant position.\nProject management experience, preferably in service operations, offshore or site-based execution.\nExperience with customer interfaces, documentation, HSE and financial follow-up.\nCapability to handle multiple projects at the same time in a high-speed environment\nLeadership skills with experience to lead cross-functional teams, and with capability to motivate the project team\nGood English speaking and writing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.\nProject management certification or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.\nContribute to cable services for a greener future\nNKT is committed to developing a diverse organization and culture where people of diverse backgrounds can grow and are inspired to do their best.
