Your work will support month-end close activities, process documentation, and reporting, contributing to better decision-making and service delivery.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nSupport development and maintenance of accounting quality assurance policies and frameworks.\nPerform quality reviews, audits, and assessments across finance processes.\nInvestigate defects and complaints and perform root-cause analysis.\nPrepare reports on quality metrics, findings, and recommendations.\nContribute to process documentation, standardization, and improvement initiatives.\nYou will report to the SSC Quality Manager and work closely with finance teams including AP, AR, GL, and Controlling. The position is based in Kaunas with a hybrid setup.\nStructured teammate focused on quality and collaboration\nYou are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams and processes. You communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and approach challenges with curiosity and accountability.
