You will work closely with maintenance, production, and technology teams to identify improvement opportunities, support maintenance planning, and contribute to reducing equipment downtime.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nPlan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities\nSupport medium and major equipment overhauls, including spare parts requirements\nAnalyse equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities\nCoordinate repair and service activities to minimise production interruptions\nSupport maintenance teams in maintaining safe and efficient operations\nThe position is based in Kladno, Czech Republic, and reports to the Maintenance Manager. You will collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and technology teams and provide support to the mechanical maintenance team.\nTechnical professional with maintenance and engineering experience\nYou enjoy working in an environment where technical knowledge, collaboration, and continuous improvement are important. You are comfortable analysing information, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with colleagues from different functions to support operational goals.
