With us, you will work in an international environment on projects with real impact, alongside a team that is passionate about sustainable innovation.\nYour responsibility areas\nAs a Senior Business Controller, Project (m/f/d), you take on a central role in the financial management and advisory of one or more of our large-scale projects. You work closely with the responsible business partner and are accountable for planning and analysis. You are part of an international team of additional (Senior) Business Controllers and report to the Director Project Controlling.\nFurther tasks are:\nProject controlling & forecasts:Independent preparation of budget and forecast planning in close coordination with the business partner\n\nRisk management:Identification and evaluation of risks and opportunities in projects, as well as coordination with relevant stakeholders\n\nEarly warning systems:Establishment and continuous development of early warning systems to identify critical developments at an early stage\n\nBusiness partner support:Point of contact for financial, commercial, and risk-related topics\n\nInterface management:Close collaboration with Legal, Contract Management, and risk management specialists\n\nWorking capital & cash flow:Management of working capital, including cash flow controlling, in coordination with the business partner\n\nAnalysis & reporting:Preparation of target vs. actual comparisons to assess project performance, as well as monthly reporting for internal and external purposes\n\nYour profile\nAt NKT, we contribute to the energy transition. To support us in this, you should have the following qualities:\nSuccessfully completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on project controlling, or a comparable qualification\n\nAt least five years of professional experience in a similar position\n\nProficient knowledge of SAP (CO, FI, PS & SD) and confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel\n\nBasic knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS, particularly IFRS 15\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and a high level of commitment with a clear focus on results\n\nFluent German and English, both written and spoken with willingness to travel up to 20% - both nationally and internationally\n\nDon’t meet all the requirements?\nAt NKT, we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic working environment.
