The position requires collaboration across project execution, risk management, planning, procurement, and tendering functions to support commercial outcomes and contractual compliance.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nReview contracts, offers, and negotiated agreements following project award\nManage contractual deviations, changes, claims, and additional services\nEvaluate, document, and pursue contractual entitlements and defend against claims\nWork closely with project teams on project risks, opportunities, and contractual strategies\nCoordinate contract-related communication with customers, subcontractors, and legal teams\nThe position is based in Cologne, Germany. You will report to the VP, Head of Large Project Execution and work closely with project managers, contract managers, legal colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
