You will work with cross-functional teams to build tender schedules, maintain project plans, and support delivery in line with planning standards and contractual requirements. Do you want a role that connects tender planning with real project execution in the green transition?\nCreate tender schedules and maintain integrated project plans\nIn this role, you will develop and maintain comprehensive tender and project schedules, support planning input during RFQ and BAFO stages, and follow progress during execution. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners to manage interfaces, identify clashes, and support reporting and progress control. You will also contribute to improving planning tools and ways of working, while supporting junior planners with guidance and day-to-day coordination.\nYour responsibility will be to:\nCreate tender and project plans with relevant stakeholders\nDevelop and update BAFO and execution schedules to standards\nMonitor progress versus plan and report KPIs and deviations\nCoordinate vendor/sub-contractor schedules into a master schedule\nSupport schedule risk analysis and project closing/lessons learned\nYou will work closely with the Planning Department, Project Team, Karlskrona Production Team, and Routine Test Leaders. Functional reporting is to the Director, Head of Planning; line reporting is to the Operations Head - HVS KKA G3C. Location: Chennai or Mumbai. Occasional site visits (onshore/offshore).\nStructured, collaborative planner with clear communication\nYou enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities across tender and execution timelines. You are organised and comfortable working with detailed schedules and reporting requirements. You communicate clearly, own your tasks, and support a respectful team environment.
