We serve individuals across the lifespan from infants and toddlers, school age children, transition-age youth, to adults and aging adults.\nSUPERVISION: Receives general supervision from the Community Services Director and/or Consumer Services Supervisor.\nThe Position and Job Summary\nResponsible for maintaining Agency vendor and contract records.\nReceives and screens vendorization inquires, provides information in accordance with law and Agency policy. Receives and reviews completed applications, checks and routes. \nVerifies vendor licenses and credentials, maintains tickler systems for periodic review, as appropriate. Notifies vendors, concerned staff and DDS of approved vendorizations, rate actions and other changes. Assigns vendor numbers, establishes and maintains paper files and computer databases on all vendors. \nProvides analysis of vendor applications to ensure compliance with applicable statute, regulations, and Agency policy. \nReceives, tracks and monitors for completion, vendor contracts. \nPrepares memos, reports and correspondence as related to the contract and vendorization functions. Performs general clerical work, as assigned. \nMaintains and updates SANDIS, UFS, contract database and the rate table as needed. \nCreates, maintains and updates a report of all contracts and vendorization requests and projects. \nEmployment Standards\nAny combination equivalent to or likely to provide the required knowledge and skills is qualifying. A high school education and three years of related experience.\nSkills and Abilities\nKnowledge of general office practices and procedures. Organization, detail-oriented, documentation/tracking, follow-through, computer database management, general computer skills, communication of complex information, accurate and rapid typing, ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
