Are you an enthusiastic, professional and aspiring GIRLS FOOTBALL Coach or Scout ? NLP Sports are looking for GIRLS FOOTBALL scouts or coaches with moderate experience to join their team to scout or coach players aged between 6 to 16 with a view to earning a permanent role.

Tasks
- Assist senior staff in recruiting and developing talented football players
- Support the preparation of games and tournaments.
- Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling.
- Develop recruitment and coaching styles and maintain effective communication and collaboration with other coaches.
- Prepare and match players for opportunities for trials at professional clubs
Requirements

- Basic understanding of football coaching environment
