operating condition.\nDiagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults and coordinate timely repairs.\nMaintain accurate engine-room logs, maintenance records, spare-parts inventory and technical documentation.\nEnsure compliance with ISM, class, flag-state, HSE and company requirements.\nMonitor fuel, lube oil, cooling water and other machinery consumables and optimize consumption.\nCoordinate with the Chief Engineer, Dredge Master and shore technical team regarding vessel operations and maintenance requirements.\nEnsure safe working practices, toolbox meetings, permit-to-work procedures and LOTO requirements are followed.\nParticipate in dry-docking, major overhauls, repairs, inspections and commissioning activities.\nRespond effectively to machinery breakdowns and emergencies, minimizing disruption to dredging operations.\n Bachelor's degree in marine/mechanical engineering\n5-10 Years's experience onboard Dredger.\nBasic & Advanced STCW training certification.\nMedical fitness certificate as per ILO/MLC
