prepare reports with repair or maintenance recommendations.\nManage and guide dock crew and contractors, acting as a technical advisor and ensuring proper execution of tasks.\nSupervise drydock operations, monitor progress, and ensure quality control across all phases.\nResolve technical issues that arise during drydock, coordinating with internal departments, shipyards, vendors, and class surveyors.\nMonitor resource allocation to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment while maintaining safety and operational standards.\nImplement and enforce compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.\nMaintain accurate records of drydock activities, costs, and milestones; ensure timely reporting and documentation closure.\nEvaluate shipyard and contractor performance; identify and recommend improvements for future drydocking projects.\nCoordinate internally with Technical, Procurement, and HSE departments to ensure smooth project execution.\n Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent discipline.\n\nProficiency in relevant technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office);
