Prepare a comprehensive techno-commercial evaluation report and provide recommendations \nProcess award recommendations, secure necessary approvals, and finalize negotiations with the successful bidder \nVerify that bidders conform to all tender documentation requirements, including guarantees, performance bonds, and insurance, following agreed formats and processes \nDemonstrate a solid understanding of commercial and technical aspects relevant to procurement \nProvide an effective procurement function for the NMDC group, offering governance, advice, and guidance to colleagues engaged in procurement activities \nDevelop and implement robust policies, processes, procedures, and systems to enhance the operational effectiveness of the NMDC group concerning procurement \nMaintain strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors \n Procurement administration \nPreferred experience with knowledge in Plant & Machinery Hire \nPreferred UAE market experience in sourcing \nCommunication & Negotiation skills \nKnowledge in understanding & implementing the Plant Hire, Frame Agreement, Amendments. \nKnowledge in ERP such as SAP or Oracle \nSupport colleagues to develop knowledge, skills and competencies \nShow understanding of tasks and responsibilities and achieve targets timely \nPursue to be result-oriented and be aware of the result-oriented organizational culture \nCollaborate constructively and effectively with all colleagues throughout the organization \nSeek and share information and ideas to improve and optimize performance \nSupport colleagues to achieve common goals. \nShow respect, flexibility and loyalty towards colleagues throughout the organization\nCommunicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing \nAble to adequately solve problems or disputes.
