This includes building a roadmap to modernize the existing integrations ecosystem while still maintaining a high level of domain expertise.\nACCOUNTABILITIES:\nWorkforce Management:\nHires, ensures training, supervises, and evaluates the performance of the engineering team\nExperience in managing application development teams (employees and contractors)\nMentor and coach engineers on the team, helping them to develop into technical leaders\nExperience in leading a group of a highly experienced and self-managed team\nComprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.\nProvide thought & solution leadership from a Salesforce best practices perspective\nApplication Delivery:\nBe Accountable for having appropriately skilled staff available for project execution\nAssembles Application delivery teams for project and program efforts\nParticipating in architecture discussions and planning and providing technical feedback\nResponsible for ensuring dependencies on other systems are identified and managed in the overall engineering landscape\nOther duties as assigned.\nStrategy:\nWork with Enterprise Architecture to set technical strategy\nWork with Product team to build roadmaps\nContributes to IT Strategic Planning process\nProvides strategic planning leadership for the CRM Engineering portfolio\nAnticipate future technical needs and craft plans to realize them\nCollaborate with other engineering leaders on priorities, processes and policies\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge of:\nMultiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Health, Non-Profit, etc.)\nExperience with Salesforce development and integration patterns, data migration practices, governor limits\nIndustry best practices and ability to drive change\nAbility to:\nExcellent written and oral communication skills required.\nMust have the ability to prioritize own work and the work of others, multi-task, and meet deadlines\nEducation and/or Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Engineering/Business with an emphasis in Information Technology.
