Assumes responsibility for maintaining accurate inventory.\nEssential Job Functions:\nAssemble and calibrate production parts.\nAble to locate and interpret assembly drawings and ATP’s, specifications, and work instructions for requirements.\nFills out necessary paperwork, including travelers, pull sheets and forms for shipments.\nLifting of materials (30 lbs. minimum) and test manifolds.\nMix ingredients, primers, adhesives, and sealants according to specifications.\nTrim, drill, ream, grind, sand, and finish parts using templates and hand tools as required.\nAssure compliance with customer specifications and requirements including shipping details.\nMeet customer and NMG goals of quality, OTIF and costs.\nProficient with E10 transactions and job-related dashboards, including part and job tracker. \nAbility to assemble multiple products in a cell or across multiple lines as evident by training matrix.\nInspect all final products to ensure compliance with customer requirements including shipping details.\nHelp team evaluate trends of labor standards, costs, and process improvements.\nAdditional Duties:\nProvide support for Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, companywide.\nOther duties, reporting, special assignments, or projects as needed and assigned.\nMust remain current with, and complete all required training as assigned.\nMust adhere to Company Corporate EHS Policy and department, occupation, and task specific safety protocols, including but not limited to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.\nQualifications:\n1-2 years of manufacturing assembly experience required;
