issues on CNC and manufacturing equipment\nPerform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) on CNC and manufacturing machines, ensuring compliance with the maintenance schedule\nTroubleshoot CNC control systems, including Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, and other controllers\nResearch and source parts as needed for tasks\nAssists with special installations and projects\nRead and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings to identify machine faults\nRespond to maintenance tickets and emergency breakdowns to minimize production disruptions\nConduct inspections and calibrations to maintain machine accuracy and functionality\nCollaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)\nAssist in the installation and commissioning of new CNC equipment\nMaintains safety standards and adheres to Company safety programs\nAdditional Duties:\nProvide support for lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives companywide\nOther duties, reporting, special assignments, or projects as needed and assigned\nMust remain current with, and complete all required training as assigned\nMust adhere to Company Corporate EHS Policy and department, occupation, and task specific safety protocols, including but not limited to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements\nMay be required to drive own vehicle or company vehicle to pick up maintenance tools/equipment/parts offsite at vendor locations \nQualifications:\n3-5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or industrial maintenance\nStrong knowledge of CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and grinders\nUnderstanding of electrical and PLC troubleshooting\nExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems\nFamiliarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nExperience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments\nCertifications in CNC maintenance or industrial maintenance\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles\nBasic computer skills to navigate within a Windows environment\nAttention to detail with safety as a priority\nMust submit to and satisfactorily pass any pre-employment screening required for employment with the Company\nMust take medical exams required by law, in conjunction with occupation specific activities, the physical work environment, and ongoing industrial hygiene sampling results\nPhysical requirements include pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds\nClimbing, standing, sitting, or kneeling for long periods of time\nStanding, walking, and performing hands-on work for extended periods of time\nUsing stairs\nRemaining upright and/or seated for prolonged timeframes\nIntermittently repositioning the body per various tasks performed\nUsing various tools and work-related supplies\nWork in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machine oils\nEducation:\nTechnical degree, certification, or equivalent
