This role ensures the availability and performance of servers, networks, cloud services, endpoint devices, and enterprise applications while providing technical support and implementing best practices for cybersecurity and system management.\nEssential Job Functions:\nSystems Administration\nInstall, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows and/or Linux servers.\nManage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management services.\nAdminister Microsoft 365, Azure, or other cloud platforms.\nMonitor system health, performance, and capacity to ensure high availability.\nPerform regular system updates, patch management, and firmware upgrades.\nNetwork Administration\nConfigure and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.\nMonitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.\nImplement and maintain network security controls.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection, multifactor authentication, and vulnerability remediation.\nMonitor security alerts and respond to incidents.\nConduct regular backup verification and disaster recovery testing.\nEnsure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.\nCreates and maintains proper documentation and procedures for security compliances, such as GDPR, NIST 800-171, CMMC, etc.\nUser Support\nProvide Tier II and Tier III technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.\nManage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.\nSupport onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.\nDocument solutions and maintain technical knowledge base articles.\nInfrastructure & Operations\nManage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.\nAdminister backup and recovery solutions.\nMaintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.\nDevelop and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.\nParticipate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support as required.\nAdditional Duties:\nDedicated to delivering superior customer service through timely and professional communication, and problem resolution.\nLimited travel and flexibility in schedule required.\nProvide support for Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, companywide.\nOther duties, reporting, special assignments or projects as needed and assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n3-5 years of experience in systems administration.\nExperience administering Windows Server and Active Directory.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 administration.\nKnowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls.\nExperience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).\nFamiliarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nRequired Skills:\nWindows Server\nLinux Server Administration\nActive Directory & Group Policy\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\nAzure or AWS\nVMware or Hyper-V\nPowerShell\nDNS, DHCP, TCP/IP\nFirewalls and VPN Technologies (Fortinet)\nBackup and Disaster Recovery\nEndpoint Management\nSecurity Monitoring and Vulnerability Management.\nStrong problem-solving abilities\nCustomer Service Orientation\nEffective communication skills\nAttention to detail\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks\nTeam collaboration\nContinuous learning mindset\nMust take medical exams required by law, in conjunction with occupation specific activities, the physical work environment, and ongoing industrial hygiene sampling results.\nDepending on assignment, may be required to use stairs, remain upright and/or seated for prolonged timeframes, intermittently reposition the body per various tasks performed, and use various tools and work-related supplies.\nMay be required to perform manual lifting activities, not to exceed a 40lb lift performed by one
