When we raise the bar, our customers feel it too.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the global organisation, from intake through to offer acceptance.\nManage a live requisition load of open roles simultaneously, maintaining momentum and quality across the full portfolio.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, agree sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and timelines.\nProactively source and engage passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative channels.\nBuild and maintain a healthy, diverse pipeline of candidates across all markets.\nChampion and represent NMI's culture, values, and employer brand throughout every candidate interaction.\nConduct thorough initial screenings and coordinate interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through to offer.\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and use recruitment data to inform decisions and report on progress.\nProvide regular updates to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership on requisition status, pipeline health, and market insights.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and practices.\nEssential Skills & Experience:\n2+ years of recruiting experience in an in-house and/or agency setting.\nProven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently, balancing speed and quality.\nStrong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated experience engaging passive candidates.\nExperience recruiting across multiple functions or business areas.\nProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility with hiring managers at all levels.\nHighly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills.\nA data-informed mindset - you track your metrics, spot trends, and use insights to improve outcomes.\nSound understanding of confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices.\nPreferred Skills & Experience:\nExperience recruiting for customer support, marketing and sales functions in a global or multi-site environment.\nFamiliarity with recruiting in the payments, fintech, or SaaS industry.\nExperience contributing to employer branding or university/early careers recruitment initiatives.\nExposure to recruiting across international markets, particularly South Africa.\nDo you feel like you have a slightly out of the ordinary career path or history?
