Visit us at https://online.nmims.edu/about-us/ for more information.\nJob Purpose\nThe Associate Product Manager will support the development, implementation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of digital products and platforms at NCDOE. The role will work closely with Product Managers, technology teams, and business functions to support product planning, requirement gathering, testing, execution, and continuous product improvements.\n Key Responsibilities\nProduct Planning & Requirement Management:\nSupport Product Managers/HOD in defining product vision, roadmap, and enhancement priorities.\n\nCollaborate with business functions to understand problem statements, gather requirements, and create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nConduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nProduct Development & Execution:\nCoordinate with development, design, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.\n\nParticipate in Agile/Sprint ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and testing activities.\n\nAssist in prioritization and tracking of product backlog items and feature releases.\n\nSupport implementation and rollout of new modules, enhancements, and product updates.\n\nTesting, Quality Assurance & Support:\nPerform Level 1 issue analysis and debugging before escalating issues to the development team.\n\nCreate test cases, coordinate UAT with business users, and validate functionalities before production release.\n\nConduct user testing and gather feedback to support continuous product improvements.\n\nEnsure timely resolution and tracking of product defects and functional issues.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting:\nPrepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, release notes, and product-related records.\n\nGenerate reports, track product metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\n\nSupport creation of product performance and success metrics for newly launched features.\n\nStakeholder Coordination:\nAct as a coordination point between business functions, Product Managers, and technology teams.\n\nMaintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.\n\nStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to digital products and platforms.\n\nDimensions\nThis is individual contributor role.\n\nRequirements- Skills & Competencies\nExcellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, business functions, and technology partners.\n\nGood understanding of product management lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and sprint-based execution.\n\nSolid technical understanding of software development, web technologies, APIs, databases, and system workflows.\n\nBasic understanding of AI/ML concepts, automation, analytics, and emerging digital technologies.\n\nAbility to identify opportunities for process improvement and AI-enabled product enhancements.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.\n\nHands-on approach with strong ownership and execution mindset.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\n Requirements- Education & work experience\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent preferred.\n\n3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments with development and cross-functional teams.\n\nExposure to AI/ML-enabled products, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.\n\nHands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.\n\nExperience in EdTech, LMS, ERP, CRM, or digital platforms will be an added
