needs.\nDesignation\nChiller Operator cum MEP Technician\nLocation\nNavi Mumbai\nDepartment\nAdministration\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain thorough knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems, Plumbing, and Fire-Fighting systems.\n\nOversee installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, chiller plants, and filter replacements.\n\nMaintain electrical systems including lighting, switches, power outlets, fire alarms, security systems, and CCTV infrastructure.\n\nManage plumbing systems including STP operations, piping networks, and gas delivery systems for canteen and laboratory areas.\n\nEnsure adequate ventilation, environmental controls, safety precautions, and preventive maintenance for modern building infrastructure.\n\nLead, supervise, and coordinate MEP teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.\n\nAct as the single point of contact for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the campus.\n\nPrepare consolidated daily inspection schedules and implement process-driven checks and balances for smooth equipment operations.\n\nProvide full operational and technical support to the campus administration department.\n\nReport to the Deputy Registrar / Assistant Registrar and assist in smooth functioning of campus maintenance and activities.\n\nPerform any other duties as assigned by the University from time to time.\n\nEducational Qualifications\nDiploma / ITI / NCTVT in relevant Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing discipline\n\nProfessional Certifications:\nRelevant PWD license (Mandatory)\n\nProfessional Experience\nMinimum five (5) years of commercial experience in MEP systems and facilities management.\n\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong technical and troubleshooting skills across MEP domains.\n\nAbility to lead teams and coordinate multiple activities effectively.\n\nGood communication and reporting skills.\n\nMulti-skilled individual with a proactive and problem-solving approach.\n\nHands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.\n\nExperience in managing modern building infrastructure and preventive maintenance
