awareness for the school/campus and drive quality traffic to the website/landing pages. \nEstablish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts. \nLiaison with the media, creative, PR agencies, and social media teams to ensure marketing projects come to fruition. \nExperiment with various organic & paid acquisition channels - content creation & curation, search, social media, and lead generation campaigns. \nLiaison with the creative agency to produce valuable and engaging content for the website and landing pages. \nResearch and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor products & pricing, and other relevant information to formulate marketing strategies. \nTrack all marketing data, create detailed reports and weekly and monthly presentations. \nCoordinate with PR teams to develop integrated communication strategies that align with marketing objectives and enhance brand reputation. \nCollaborate with social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimise social media campaigns for maximum engagement and reach.\nApply performance marketing fundamentals, including campaign optimisation, budget allocation, and ROI measurement, to improve marketing effectiveness. \nAnalyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. \nManage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) in coordination with the Performance Marketing team to maximise ROI. \nQualification and Work Experience:\nFull-time MBA from a recognised University specialising in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing. \n8 to 10 years of experience in a marketing agency or with a brand in a performance marketing role. \nDemonstrated success in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. \nExperience working in a complex/matrix organisational structure is highly preferred. \nPrior experience in the education sector is a plus. \nSkills & Abilities:\nSoft Skills:\nData Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to analyse campaign performance data and identify trends. \nMarketing Platforms: Working knowledge of using marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to streamline campaign management and reporting. \nSEO, GEO and SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles. \nSocial Media Marketing: Developing and managing social media campaigns across various platforms. \nHard Skills:\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. \nCollaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and agency partner teams to achieve common goals. \nInterpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster a positive work environment. \nProblem-Solving: Ability to analyse problems, identify root
