event requirements.\n\nConduct regular checks and preventive maintenance of sound and video equipment as per the schedule.\n\nMaintain inventory of sound, microphone, and audio-video equipment.\n\nIdentify equipment issues and coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution.\n\nMobilize and demobilize equipment for events, functions, meetings, and other activities.\n\nRecord speeches, videos, and events as required.\n\nMonitor sound and video feeds to ensure quality and uninterrupted operations.\n\nOperate and adjust audio-video equipment during functions and events to maintain required sound and video quality.\n\nConvert audio and video recordings into digital formats for editing and archival purposes.\n\nEnsure proper handling, storage, and safety of all audio-video equipment.\n\nCandidates should have relevant technical knowledge and hands-on experience in operating sound and audio-video equipment.\n\nEducational Qualifications\nDiploma / ITI from a recognized institution.\n\nCertificate course from any Audio-Visual Technology institute\n\nProfessional Experience\nMinimum 3 year of relevant experience in sound operation, audio-video equipment handling, or a similar role.\n\nSkills and Competencies\nHands-on knowledge of sound and audio-video equipment.\n\nBasic knowledge of microphones, speakers, mixers, amplifiers, projectors, and related equipment.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot basic audio-video and connectivity issues.\n\nGood understanding of sound levels, audio quality, and equipment connections.\n\nAbility to coordinate with users, vendors, and service providers.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to work during events, functions, and extended hours as required.\n\nAttention to detail and
